Our Philospohy

Our first responsibility is to determine our clients’ individual needs. Then, together, we design services to accomplish their objectives.

Reeves Cleaning Co. realizes that open customer contact is essential for superior service. Not only do we effectively communicate with each client to develop a tailored maintenance program, but we provide a “Communications Journal” to track the quality of our service on an immediate basis. The Journal also provides a forum for our quick response to clients’ needs or additional requirements. Our clients log a request, we respond.
